Those who are unable to load Club Penguin would want to read the latest newspaper / Club Penguin Times or new updated catalogs that has arrived. Well. Here's the perfect way to solve it. I got a few links from Club Penguin so that you can look through them. You won't be logged into Club Penguin so you would have an undefined user name and won't be able to purchase any items unfortunately.
